The Bid Documents and the Drawings may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $100.00 only from the ECIA, 27 Wright Way, Building M, Fairfield, New Jersey, Monday thru Friday (excluding Holidays) between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.  Electronic copies of the Bid Documents will not be available. Information and/or contract documents obtained from any source other than Essex County Improvement Authority shall not be used for the calculation of bids or for the preparation of bid submissions.
